“Originally directed by Nic Connaughton and re-directed for the current tour by Lauren Lambert Moore, The Land of Lost Content is heart-warming and heart-breaking all at once, making it an incredibly moving piece of fringe theatre.”

“The Land of Lost Content is an important piece of theatre: tender and unapologetic, funny yet deeply moving. It gives a voice to people that are often outside of mainstream media, addressing complex but resonant themes of teenage friendship, mental health, and platonic and romantic love.”

We had a sell out Edinburgh Fringe run followed by another sell out run at Soho Theatre. Adrian has since taken the show to Australia.

testimonials
"Lauren is a diligent and rigorous collaborator, and an exciting artist in her own right. She's also a bloody good laugh and a joy to have in the rehearsal room." - Dan Hutton - Director
"With Lauren running the room, as an actor I would arrive everyday feeling calm and ready to give 110% because I know the space will always be organised, energised and most importantly safe. Generally a grounded wonderful energy to be around in, and just as importantly out of work environments." - Bobby Wilkinson - Actor
"Lauren is such a kind, beautiful and thoughtful soul as well as creator. I love her ability to know her worth and insert boundaries that not only benefit everyone on the team but herself which is very admirable. I wish I could tour with her forever and ever but that's slightly unhealthy" - Kudzai Mangombe - Actor
“The perfect combo of warm, friendly, sharp and professional. She’s insightful and with a strong artistic POV, and she manages to balance that while being a true team player. It’s always apparent that she cares more about serving the project than her own ego. She is also a wizard when it comes to people management - she gets that different people work in different ways, and she adapts herself accordingly to each person she works with to bring about the most optimal outcome possible.” - Gigi Zahir (Crayola The Queen) - Actor
"One of the top three stage managers I've ever worked with" - Nic Connaughton - Head Of Theatre, Pleasance
"Lauren is everything you would want in a Stage Manager; calm, meticulously organised and a proactive problem-solver. Not only is she on top of everything, she is a pleasure to work with - a real people person.
She is simply excellent at her job. Don't hesitate to hire her."
- Naomi Alexander - Artistic Director & CEO , Brighton People's Theatre

Co-director | Co-Writer | DSM
Platform Theatre, London
November 2018
In a fusion of theatre and cinema, our experimental and ambitious production explored the life and work of Lee Miller: photographer, model and photojournalist.
Devised by a collective of 11 artists studying Performance: Design and Practice at Central Saint Martins, Retrospective used a purpose-built moving box with a screen, which switched from transparent to projected film, to transport an audience of four people through an immersive landscape of scenery, light and sound.
I co-wrote the script with Lucy Abraham, we both directed with Michelangelo Dousis and worked with an incredible group of designers and performers to create this form-transcending show.
